TEACHER'S TRAINING
Bluberry has a pedagogical history of offering educational programs for teachers and school leaders that are highly inspirational and engaging. We have developed training modules designed to instil values, reaffirm life skills and add perspective to the thinking of children, parents and educators.
MENTOR THE MENTOR’S program would inspire and empower Educators with the essential know-how and various innovative teaching techniques that will go a long way in enabling them to nurture the child’s creativity whilst equipping their young learners with basic skills and competencies.
The trainings will be conducted in different modules which will include Language and Literacy, Developing Science Awareness, Numeracy skills, Teaching Aids, Assessment, Observation, and Classroom Management.
The teacher educators will be mentored in:
- Pedagogy and Teaching Techniques
- Domains of development (a holistic approach to child growth)
- Child’s psychology and Classroom Management Strategies
- Assessment and Rubrics.
- Parent Teacher Partnership
